AmyrevstarbbendPat is delighted to be a certified AcroYoga instructor.  AcroYoga blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community. Jenny Sauer-Klein and Jason Nemer co-founded the practice in 2003, which has since touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of people world-wide.

Pat was introduced to the practice in Boston by Bonnie Argo, and has traveled all over the country studying with some of the best Acro teachers in the world, and playing with people of all ages and sizes.  He brings this experience of play to classes and workshops all over New England.
