Click on a class for a link to a facilty's website. Notes: Classes are all level vinyasa flow classes unless noted. The room is usually heated to 80 degrees to aid the body in opening and detoxifying. Classes marked "Power" are heated to 95 degrees. I periodically sub at Prana Power Yoga in Cambridge and Newton, Spirit Bear, and other studios around Boston. These are often last-minute, but I will post them here when I can. I am also teaching and assisting periodically for YogaHope, a wonderful non-profit that offers free yoga to underserved women in locations around Boston and Seattle. While these classes are not open to the public, I would encourage everyone to take a look at YogaHope and consider them in your charitable giving. I am available for private and small group lessons.
